The Marmara University Faculty of Law Journal of Legal Studies is a national peer-reviewed journal indexed in the TÜBİTAK – ULAKBİM TR Law Database. The journal is published electronically twice a year, in June and December. Starting from the December 2021 issue, the OSCOLA 4th Edition citation system has been adopted for articles to be published in the journal, and articles not complying with this format will not be considered for review. Therefore, it is important to carefully review our Submission Guidelines when preparing manuscripts for the journal.
