About the Journal
The Turkish Review of Communication Studies (TURCOM), which began publication in 1992 under the name Marmara Communication Journal, adopted its current title in 2018. TURCOM is an international, open-access, electronic journal published twice a year, in December and June, by Marmara University Faculty of Communication. The journal is double-blind peer-reviewed and aims to contribute to national and international literature by publishing high-quality research in the fields of media and communication studies.
