Guide For Authors

All publications submitted for publication as a Marmara University publication must be prepared in accordance with the “Current Publication Style Guide.”

Book publication submissions are made by completing the “Publication Submission Form.” For publication submissions by faculty members and teaching assistants, the opinion of the department where they are employed must also be included.

For translated publications and/or cases involving copyright, a permission letter obtained from the copyright holder(s) and/or institution(s) must be attached to the submission.

During the submission process, the author must provide a “Declaration of Scientific Integrity,” and for multi-authored publications, a “Declaration of Originality and Transfer of Publication Rights Form” must be submitted.

For publications decided to be published in print and/or electronic format, a “Production, Publication, Distribution, and Copyright Agreement” outlining mutual obligations is signed between the Publication Committee Chair and the authors, translators, or editors.
